Directions: Enter through the north-facing front entrance (Rexall Pharmacy on the main level). Our clinics are on the second floor (units 214 and 216).

Cold Plunge & Infrared Sauna: Located in Unit 216. If booking back-to-back with another service, please book the plunge/sauna before your other treatment. Packages are available but cannot be purchased online—please request via DM, email, phone, or in person. Your booking will be adjusted to reflect the discounted rate.

Billing: Shockwave can be direct billed under acupuncture, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or massage (with the appropriate provider). Providers: Paiton, Desiree (RMTs), Lyndsey (Acupuncturist), Becky (Physiotherapist), Kellie & Kurtis (Chiropractors).

Important Notes: If booking shockwave with a physiotherapist or chiropractor and you are a new patient, an initial assessment is required.

Desiree, Paiton, and Lyndsey are not accepting new patients.

If Lyndsey is unavailable, you may book with another acupuncturist—no initial assessment is needed unless your concern is new or complex.
