Massage Therapy
We have Registered Massage Therapists trained in orthopedic, deep tissue and sports massage, along with thai massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, plantar fasciitis therapy, prenatal massage, relaxation massage, manual lymphatic drainage, PNF stretching, TMJ massage, cupping, and Graston technique.
Sport Acupuncture
Our acupuncturists specialize in orthopedic and sport medicine based acupuncture treatments for injuries, pain, musculoskeletal or neurological complaints. They have had supplemental training with advanced needling techniques, orthopedic evaluation, manual muscle testing, rehab exercises/stretches, myofascial release techniques, and mobilization methods.
We pride ourselves in offering acupuncture treatments that are well-rounded with adjunctive modalities such as deep tissue massage, cupping, guasha, shockwave, or PNF stretching. Our acupuncturists are required (and prefer) to offer more than just needling in their sessions, as we believe the combination of therapies render better results and provide the patient with a better experience.
Cold Plunge/Infrared Sauna
Cold plunge therapy involves immersing oneself in cold water for certain health benefits such as stimulating white blood cells, speeding up lymphatic drainage, improving muscle recovery, increasing baseline dopamine levels, prompting the release of norepinephrine, reducing inflammation and pain, and decreasing cortisol levels.
Infrared sauna involves the penetration of warmth directly to your skin, unlike traditional saunas that warm up the air surrounding you within the sauna. Infrared saunas can help with: high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, arthritis, high stress, muscle and joint pain, circulatory issues and autoimmune conditions (rhematoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome).
Manual Osteopathy
Manual Osteopathic Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on restoring balance, alignment, and optimal function throughout the body. Using precise techniques such as soft-tissue release, joint mobilization, myofascial work, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy, your therapist works to relieve pain, reduce tension, and improve overall mobility.
This whole-body treatment addresses the root causes of discomfort rather than just the symptoms. It supports the body’s natural ability to heal, making it beneficial for conditions such as back and neck pain, headaches, posture-related issues, joint restrictions, muscle tension, and stress.
Whether you are recovering from injury or simply seeking improved mobility and well-being, Manual Osteopathic Therapy offers a personalized, restorative experience designed to bring your body back into balance.
